Currently the Town of Harrison is under the zoning jurisdiction of Calumet County.  In November 2009, the County Board adopted a comprehensive revision to the county zoning code.  The Town has until November 2010 to decide whether or not to adopt the new county zoning code or develop a town zoning code.  During this time, the Town will continue to operate under the previous county zoning code adopted in 1976 and as amended.
