Sanitary Districts
There are two sanitary districts which provide sanitary sewer and public water to urban and lakeshore areas of the Town of Harrison

A watering permit is required for watering newly seeded or newly sodded lawns within the Darboy Sanitary District. Call the Darboy Sanitary District at 788-6048 for information regarding permits as well as watering restrictions between June 1st and September 30th.
Watering Permits are not required within the Waverly Sanitary District.
